The course is for beginners as well as for experienced instructors.

Participants will acquire the main educational tools, skills and attitude to cope with all aspects of a training session including the development, conduct and evaluation of a course.
- Introduction to Pedagogy
- Basics of Didactics
- Requirements for aptitude as trainer, examiner and assessor
- Role of trainers, examiners, Mentors and assessors
- Planning the training on the basis of existing facilities and aids
- Involvement of course participants in training
- Support in case of learning difficulties
