This 2-day training program covers the best educational techniques and practices to deliver any kind of training.

The course is for beginners as well as for experienced instructors.

Participants will acquire the main educational tools, skills and attitude to cope with all aspects of a training session including the development, conduct and evaluation of a course.
- Introduction to Pedagogy
- Basics of Didactics
- Requirements for aptitude as trainer, examiner and assessor

- Planning the training on the basis of existing facilities and aids
