... [more]QCM Design has successfully developed and engineered another EASA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the retrofit of Collins Aerospace’s IRT NX SATCOM solution on King Air B200 / B300.
This project was completed in partnership with Danish MRO, DAO Aviation AS, an EASA Part 145 specializing in base & line maintenance on Beech King Air series (alongside many other aircraft types), whose experienced technicians completed the installation in accordance with our specifications.
This STC approval is the second of its kind received by QCM Design, the first being for Cessna CJ Series, completed in April 2024. The STC for the retrofit of Collins’ IRT NX solution on Cessna Citation XLS/+ is expected to be completed this year.
